- How do I sign up for a connection? You can sign up directly on our website or visit any of our physical branches with your ID/Passport and proof of residence.
Payments & Billing
- How do I pay for my internet? We support multiple payment options including M-PESA (Paybill), Airtel Money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
- What happens if I pay after my subscription expires? Most systems in Kenya feature automated reconnection; your internet will be restored automatically within minutes of a successful M-PESA payment.
- Are there any hidden costs? Our pricing is transparent. Standard installation fees cover the router and cabling up to a certain distance, but additional charges may apply for specialized setups.
